Business Development

We have experience in negotiating the best deal for both parties by creating a Memorandum of Agreement in which the starting points of the deal and the process are laid down. Contracting
Noble Global will assist with the creation of the contract and all supporting documents. Our objective is to drive for tangible results using a completely transparent process so that we minimize surprises for both Seller and Investor. The result of the negotiations is a contract that is signed with a Seller that knows which documents are required and an investor who has a the documents he needs to validate the loan. Feasibility Studies
If an Investor wants to have all the information to make his investment decision he can require a feasibiity study. This study is an in-depth description of the particular situation of the investment project. The feasibility study not only covers the project itself but also the political situation, climatological situation, all the possible and known risks that might jeopardize the projects will be identified, qualified and where possible mitigated. The cost side of the project will be detailed as well as the revenue side. For PV production sides aspects like solar radiation and temperature throughout the year are very important as both have a significant on the level of output. We produce detailed models for the operational and the maintenance cost for the renewable energy system.
With a feasibility study the investments risks are truly minimized.
Due Diligence
Noble Global is very experienced in assessing the documents legally required a) to transfer shares, b) to start construction, c) release funds d) sell energy production. This is an art in itself which you can only learn by doing it over and over again. Although we are not a legal firm, we have so much experience that we can do their work. We make our documents legal through notaries or by legalisation which is alway sufficient as we have experienced.
